The stucco throughout the complex is damaged and deteriorated as such it is being removed from the units.



The flashing at the bottoms of the units is also badly in need of replacement



The siding has also reached the end of its useful life and is being removed.



The project is being completed in phases.....

Here are original untouched units

Phase One.....

Scaffolding goes up around your unit and the cedar siding is removed first


Your block has all the cedar siding removed

Following the cedar siding removal is the stucco removal and the asbestos

containment areas are set up so the stucco removal can proceed

All the exterior cladding is removed from your unit.

Then your block is fully insulated and overhangs are installed if your door does not have a bump out overtop of the door.

The hose bib and electrical outlet on the front of your unit is removed and

your back yard is fitted with new hose bibs as well as an outdoor electrical outlet.

Then siding goes up followed with new flashing and eaves troughs. The electrical meters are also being enclosed
